JCBC works with Boy Scout Troop 469 and Evergreen Industries and gets great quality, beautiful wreaths. 

Please find the forms in the Choir Room and instructions and pricing below/

This is a voluntary fundraiser for all students in choir or in the bands for show choir.

100% of the profit for Booster Club registered students goes into individual escrow accounts, which can be used to pay show choir fees.


Ordering Instructions:

1.  Write student name on the order form.  Please fill in email and phone number on attached slip, for use if questions about your order.

2.  Money should be collected when the order is taken.  All money must be turned in with order form.  Checks payable to “JCBC,” write student’s name in memo section.  

3.  Use the following page to write in the prices on your order form.  The two different prices on each item are for your information only, so you know what to expect for escrow profits. This is not meant to be shown with the order form.  

5.  The Gift Box/Delivery Program is also available, please see below.  A different order form is needed. They are available at school in a separate envelope.  

6.  Turn in your order form and payment to the choir office by Wednesday, October 17th.   There will be a large envelope in choir office marked “WREATH ORDERS” to put orders and payment in.  If needed, you can make arrangements to bring orders and payment to my house.  You will receive the original order form back when you pick up your wreath order. PLEASE KEEP COPY OR TAKE PHOTO OF ORDER SHEET FOR YOURSELF!  

7.  Pick up date is Saturday, November 17th from 1:00 to 4:00 pm.  All orders must be picked up at this time.

·         There will be a second order available for those that wish to use it.  

·         The deadline for second orders & payments is Wednesday, November 14th .

·         Pickup for 2nd order will be Saturday, December 1st from 10 AM - NOON.  


 Optional Gift Box Program:

 There are eight (8) items available that can be shipped directly to an address of the customer’s choosing.  The prices are higher, as it includes a shipping box, personalized card, and shipping costs.  The form required for these orders are in the choir office, and are due no later than Friday, October 26th.  Items will be shipped by late November – early December. Put your name at the top of the form you turn in, and keep the bottom copy as a customer receipt.
